"The Hill" is what remains of an Italian neighborhood in  Portsmouth's North End that was razed during a 1960s  urban renewal. A dozen buildings - some dating back to the 1700s - were saved and converted to offices (and one into a restaurant). Some buildings were moved to Strawberry Banke Museum.

We are pleased to be the proud owners of  #400 -  which is named the Daniel Pinkham House - circa 1815.  Daniel Pinkham was a ship’s captain in the early 1800’s. His brother was a master carpenter who was hired to build the captain’s home while at sea. The building was moved several times until it’s current location on the Hill.

Our Residential Real Estate office and Commercial Brokerage offices encompasses three floors plus a full basement, with individual offices for our agents, as well as two lovely conference rooms .

 While the building may be historic there is nothing historic about our Technology.  Our offices are outfitted with state of the art phone/fax and hi-speed internet facilities provided by Whaleback Systems, a national communications firm based at Pease Trade Port in Portsmouth.
