Tom McGuirk

Tom specializes in Properties on the New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts Seacoast.  He has a vast knowledge of Hampton Beach in particular having been a life-long summer resident (moving to Hampton year-round in 2003).

Tom has worked in Real Estate since 2004 after spending 8 years in California working on Sitcoms for Paramount Studios.  He holds a Bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY and a Master's degree from Emerson College, Boston, MA.

Tom's work on the Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment (serving as Chair since 2007) gives him an expertise in land use and procedure and as a member of the Hampton Beach Area Commission, Tom quite literally wrote the Design Guidelines for the Hampton Beach Village District.

Tom is an Associate Broker with Weichert REALTORS Points East Yankee Trader, licensed in NH and MA and is one of the top-producing agents in Hampton.  He recently completed the educational requirements for the CCIM designation - the National Association of REALTORS Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
